Dear Friends,

On January 15, 2026, I turned 60.

I must admit that turning 60 feels different from any other birthday.

Although I am so thankful to have made it to my 60th birthday, it made me take a closer look at how I spend my time.

Reflection revealed something disturbing.

I spend too much time curating and sharing information about the nonprofit sector for free.

Friends, it is no exaggeration when I tell you that I spend hours every single day reading articles, creating and editing content, and publishing them about the nonprofit sector, all for free.

In addition, for 12 consecutive years (2007-2019) I taught an in-person class about nonprofit topics on the third Saturday of each month at local libraries for FREE!

I was born to teach. Nothing gives me more joy than sharing knowledge with others.

However, I have decided to share my knowledge about how to start, fund, manage, sustain, and reinstate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with people who invest in it.
